PROGRESS ,What Progress?

It's a sad state of affairs that the Moyross Residence Alliance had to tidy up the original holy garden that the council insisted on removing from the estate as they left it as a derelict site which poses a threat to the children playing nearby and was becoming rat infested. The only reason we agreed to relocate the garden with the council was because they told us we were standing in the way of building 2 houses in said space. It is disappointing 2 years down the road to see no progress made , A beautiful tribute ruined for nothing for them to leave it as a dump. It cost us the bones of 100,000 euro to build the original garden so to see it be left there to rot is upsetting , especially when we see now we were told false information on there intentions with the land. It happens to be an environmental issue for our avenue because it is unkept since the council have not kept there word to use their resources properly to look after said space. There are other issues that we aren't going to address at this time but enough is enough. It is not the MRA committees responsibility to keep this problem from happening, Limerick city council do the jobs you have promised this is not our burden to carry!
